The long wait is over! Pakistan Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) has officially confirmed the launch date for the locally assembled Suzuki Every. Mark your calendars—October 13, 2024, is the day this highly anticipated mini MPV will make its debut in the local market.
Earlier this year, we shared exciting news about Suzuki’s plans to replace the ageing Bolan with the more modern Suzuki Every. That moment has arrived, and we’re thrilled to confirm that the locally assembled version will hit the roads in just a few days!
What to Expect from the International Version
Since the company has not revealed the full specs of the locally assembled version yet, let’s explore the international variant of the Suzuki Every for a closer look at what you can anticipate.
Design & Aesthetics
The Suzuki Every sports the familiar boxy design, a hallmark of mini MPVs, with a high roofline and compact wheels. However, it takes a significant leap forward in terms of design when compared to the outgoing Suzuki Bolan. Its exterior is modern and robust, offering better aesthetics and functionality.
Inside, the cabin has seen considerable improvements. The high-mounted dashboard remains, but new, modern features add to the overall refinement, making the interior far more comfortable and appealing than its predecessor. With various options available internationally, the Every typically includes essentials like climate control, ABS, and power steering, adding a touch of convenience for everyday use.
Engine & Performance
Equipped with a 660cc engine, the Suzuki Every produces 49hp and 62Nm of torque, which is perfect for city driving and light transportation. Though it isn’t built for high-speed performance, its lightweight (950kg) design allows it to navigate urban environments with ease. Fuel efficiency is another plus, offering approximately 19 km per liter in the city and 21 km per liter on the highway.
Expected Price
The Suzuki Every is expected to be priced around Rs. 2,600,000, a notable increase from the Suzuki Bolan’s current price of Rs. 1,940,000. While the price difference may seem significant, the Every brings a more modern, comfortable, and versatile package, justifying the bump in cost.
Countdown to Launch
We’re only days away from seeing the locally assembled Suzuki Every on the roads of Pakistan. With its modern design, improved features, and reasonable pricing, it’s poised to be a worthy replacement for the Suzuki Bolan.
